When it comes to the end of your time with Community Cardiology, you will be invited to share your thoughts on the service through feedback and patient satisfaction questionnaire. You may be sent a digital or paper copy of a questionnaire to return.
On average we have more than 200 patients referred to community Cardiology every month!
All of our patients have varying cardiac conditions which lead to them needing support from our service. The feedback you give us helps to shape the future of the Community Cardiology service for these patients.
