Our Lincoln Exercise programme runs every Wednesday from OneNK Leisure Centre.

When you arrive, you will see a sign for Cardiac Rehab on the right hand side of the foyer. Please wait outside on the seats and a member of the team will call you in.
There is ample onsite free parking available, and close public transport links. If a friend/family member is bringing you to the programme, there is a cafe on site and comfortable seating and wifi.
We have various exercise equipment to help support you with your recovery and meeting your goals.
