Recap Health allows members of the Cardiac Rehab team to quickly share our approved educational information with patients.
We have information we can share on various different subjects including;
- Dietary information
- Exercise information
- Heart failure management
- Websites to support groups
We can tailor the information sent out to you dependent upon your interests and what information is relevant to you. It can help to reinforce information explained to you during your telephone consultations. The Recap platform also helps to support you to "wait well" if you are waiting for an exercise assessment or programme to start, by providing you with some light exercises to do.
The Recap health platform has many benefits to you as it is digital. It means you will be able to access information almost instantly, as soon as a clinician has "prescribed" the information to you. It also allows you to be able to share information with family and friends, as well as improving your own knowledge on your cardiac condition.
